Another farmers’ market is coming to the south end of Cowichan, adding to a handful that dot the valley.
The South Cowichan Farmers' Market is opening a 3.5 acre space for kiosks and parking.
The market will boast farm produce, artisanal items, homemade food and baked goods. According to a press release, South Cowichan Farmers' Market aims to support local farmers and small business that grow, make or bake their own products.
There will be a grand opening July 8 at the CrossRoads Centre on the Trans Canada highway at Koksilah Rd.
