North Cowichan RCMP seized over 350 marijuana plants from a residence on Carolyn Way off Riverbottom Rd. in Duncan.

With the help of the Island District Drug Section, the police moved in on the grow-up and arrested two men at the scene on June 27.

RCMP Cpl. Greg Pask said there were 367 marihuana plants and cultivation equipment from an underground bunker, which was buried beneath an outbuilding on the property.

The men face a charge of production of marihuana and are due to appear in court Sept. 25.
