Two weeks after a fire ripped through a building in downtown Duncan, the cause remains unknown.

The asst. fire commissioner in Duncan, Dave Hewetson, told SunFM News that there are no updates at this time.

The blaze started around 9:30 p.m. June 10 and gutted the building on Government St., which housed Dino's Grill. Dino's owner Dean Soler said there wasn't much left inside to salvage.

He said he plans on rebuilding once his and the landlord's insurance policies are figured out.

The RCMP were also investigating. They stopped short of calling it a potential case of arson but said they were treating the fire as suspicious.
