The 140 stranded Korean Airline passengers finally took off from Comox, Wednesday night.

An airport spokesperson says the flight left the Valley just after 5:30 p.m. for Vancouver. The flight was able to leave after three busloads of passengers were checked in.

A bomb threat forced the Boeing 777 to make an emergency landing Tuesday afternoon, and the passengers to stay in Comox overnight.

No update has been given as to who made the threat.
