The families of Tyeshia Jones and Karrie Ann stone are waiting again after the judge granted another month to the accused before appearing.

The delay is leaving the families of Tyeshia Jones and Karrie Ann Stone a little frustrated.

Jones' mother, Mary Jim says she wanted to see if Elliott would show emotion or regret on the stand.

“Seeing the emotion and feeling it you know, and letting him know that we are here, and that people are going to talk.”

The courtroom in Duncan was packed and many from the community showed up to support the families.

Elliott is now scheduled to appear via video June 26th.

He was charged one month ago, and hasn't entered pleas to two counts of first degree murder.
